Labour leader Dr. Souribandhu Kar is no more

Jajpur: All India Labour leader and A. I. T. U.C. State General Secretary of the CPI Dr. Souribandhu Kar, a member of the National Council, a columnist, a writer, a labour friend, passed away at a private hospital in Bhubaneswar on Monday night 10 p.m. at the age of 73. He was well-known for his travelogues on the Rash Yatra, which received the Sahitya Akademi and Sramik Mitra awards, in the wake of his welcome today. Group of different district of the central labour unions, Labour was in mourning shadow. The president of the Jajpur district, T. Jajpur District Vice President of UC Chandramani Patra, C.I. Prafulla Nayak, district president of TUC, is a labor leader. Paramananda Sethi, Narsingh Charan Pahi, Niranjan Parida, Madhav Mohapatra, Teacher Leader Dusmanta Kumar Nayak, Ashish Kumar Nayak Abhamayi Mohanty, Premananda Mohanty, Baidhar Mallick, Abhimanyu Patra, Ganeshwar Nayak, Shaik Abdul Kadir, Sheikh Shabir, Abhinav Malik also expressed his condolences to the bereaved family and wished them well. The sadness is overwhelming.
