Bhubaneswar: Pradesh Congress Committee President Shri Kilesal has addressed Congress leaders for various blocks under the Targol constituency in the run-up to the by-elections. Mr. Gurupad Nand and Mr. Manas Chowdhury have been given charge of Raghakathpur block while Mr. Bata Parita and Mr. Ganeshwar Behera have been given charge for Bire Book and Mr. Amilas Pradhal, Mr. Shuvendu Mankanti and Mr. Arindam Sankel have been charged for Tirtol Block. Similarly, Mr. Patnaik has entrusted the Congress Center to carry out the party’s campaign work in the by-elections. One of the leaders was Dr. in-charge of the Congress. A.
