Coronavirus: 5 states represent more than 79% of active cases

New Delhi: 5 states represent more than 79% of active cases, Five states in the total record for more than 79% of the complete COVID-19 dynamic cases in the country with Maharashtra alone representing more than 61% of the dynamic caseload, the Union Health Ministry said on Wednesday.

Aside from Maharashtra, the four different states representing most of the dynamic cases are Karnataka, Kerala, Punjab and Chhattisgarh.

“Five states in particular Maharashtra, Karnataka, Kerala, Punjab and Chhattisgarh in the total record for 79.30% of the all-out dynamic cases in the country. Maharashtra leads with over 61% of the dynamic caseload of the country,” the service said in a proclamation.

Eight territories of Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Punjab and Madhya Pradesh have likewise announced a flood in the COVID every day new cases with 84.73 percent of the new cases detailed from these states, the Union Health service said.

“A net slope of 11,846 cases recorded from the all out dynamic caseload just now,” the service said.

India’s absolute Active Caseload has arrived at 5,52,566. It presently involves 4.55 percent of the nation’s absolute positive cases.
