Facebook authorities summoned by Delhi Assembly’s Peace and Harmony Committee including its India chief Ankhi Das following protests of not acting against contemptuous substance.
“Request set to be sent for the presence of the concerned authorities of Facebook including Ankhi Das. The Committee will assemble its gathering this week to start the procedures,” the board of trustees said by ANI. “The board of trustees has gotten different protests routed to its administrator Raghav Chadha against the authorities of Facebook for their supposed purposeful and deliberate inaction to contain derisive substance in India,” it said. In the interim, Facebook’s Director, Public Policy, India, South and Central Asia, Ankhi Das has documented a grievance with Delhi Police, claiming that she has been accepting “savage dangers to her life”, authorities said today.
