Gold Price Today: Gold decays Rs 679, silver accidents Rs 1,847

New Delhi: Gold costs declined by Rs 679 to Rs 44,760 for every 10 grams in the public capital on Tuesday, because of the disheartening worldwide market pattern and rupee appreciation, as indicated by HDFC Securities. In the past exchange, the valuable metal had shut at Rs 45,439 for every 10 grams.

Silver cost likewise declined by Rs 1,847 to Rs 67,073 for every kg from the end of Rs 68,920 for each kg in the earlier day exchange.

HDFC Securities Senior Analyst (Commodities) Tapan Patel, “Spot costs for 24 karat gold at Delhi plunged by Rs 679 with fall in worldwide gold costs and rupee appreciation.”

The spot rupee was exchanging around 14 paise more grounded against the US dollar during the day, he added.

In the worldwide market, gold was exchanging lower at USD 1,719 an ounce and silver was down at USD 26.08 an ounce.
