Therefore, guidelines have been issued for the celebration of Independence Day this year with the Covid Act. The guidelines have been issued by the central government to the states and union territories.
According to the guidelines issued, the Red Fort is crowded during Independence Day celebrations. Emphasis will be placed on the use of technology to prevent crowds. Excessive crowds at the ceremony will be completely banned. The flag will be hoisted after 9 a.m. in the state and union territories. There will be no more crowds at the flag-raising ceremony. Emphasis will be placed on social distance and wearing a mask. In addition, the flag-raising ceremony invites will be done with Covid guidelines.
