Food is a substance ingested to provide nutrition for an organism. Food is generally of animal, vegetable or even fungal in nature, and is made up of important nutrients, including carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, or even minerals. Some people may not know that the human body itself needs a minimum of 5 servings of fruits and vegetables each day, and some people may believe they are “dieters.” The word “diet” has become a synonym for being healthy, although it has nothing to do with a person’s diet.

So, you can see that the real food that you get in supermarkets is not really the real food that you want. It is processed food, high in sugar and fat, or food that has been colored. Even if you know that you should eat a lot of fruit, vegetables and lean meats, you can find yourself getting sick from the chemical additives in the food that is put into it.
If you want to eat real food, you need to take a little bit of the food you are eating and replace it with fresh, unprocessed food. Eat more fruits and vegetables and lean meats. Eat unrefined grains, seeds, nuts and seeds. Drink plenty of water.
