Nirbhaya case: Mukesh Singh filed a new appeal

One of the four death row convicts in the 2012 assault and murder case, Mukesh Singh moved a supplication in the Supreme Court on Friday looking for reclamation of all his legitimate cures, asserting that his legal advisors had deluded him.

A preliminary court gave new warrants with March 20, as the date for the execution of the convicts. The four convicts of Nirbhaya case are Mukesh Singh (32), Pawan Gupta (25), Vinay Sharma (26) and Akshay Kumar Singh (31). Solicitor Mukesh is casualty of criminal intrigue and extortion played and incubated together by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Delhi government and R-3 Vrinda Grover and other backer who showed up in the meeting court, high court and the Supreme Court in the candidate’s execution order case. They constrained him to sign different papers under danger of meeting court request which was never given by the meeting court expressing that court has guided her to tie down different marked reports from him to record different petitions, including remedial appeal, on his benefit in the high court and the Supreme Court in his capital punishment case as it is written in the supplication.
