The Northeast region can possibly turn into India’s development motor, said PM Narendra Modi today while affirming that harmony has now settled in the district.
Talking in the wake of establishing the framework stone for the Manipur Water Supply Project today, through video conferencing, the Prime Minister featured that advanced foundation is being worked to improve network. “The Northeast can possibly turn into the development motor of the nation. Step by step my confidence is getting further on the grounds that harmony is currently being built up in the whole area. The mantra of harmony, progress and thriving is resounding in the Northeast,” the Prime Minister said.
“While barricades in Manipur have become a piece of history, Assam has seen a period of savagery for quite a long time. In Tripura and Mizoram as well, youth have surrendered the way of brutality. Presently Bru-Reang displaced people are moving towards a superior life,” he said.
