RailTel IPO bought in excess of multiple times

New Delhi: RailTel IPO bought in excess, ​The first sale of stock (IPO) of RailTel has been bought in excess of multiple times as the offer finished on Thursday. The IPO opened on Tuesday, February 16.

Taking to Twitter, Secretary, Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM), Tuhin Kanta Pandey said: “RailTel IPO got incredible interest from all classes of financial backers and was bought in excess of multiple times. We thank all financial backers for their investment.”

The absolute size of the offer was of Rs 819.24 crore at the upper-value band of Rs 94 for each offer.

The offer involved 87,153,369 value portions of the presumptive worth of Rs 10 each and was a finished proposal available to be purchased by the public authority. The organization would not straightforwardly get any returns from the equivalent.

The base offer parcel was of 155 value shares, from there on in products. The value band was fixed at Rs 93-94 for each value share.​
