A few pieces of Bhubaneswar today experienced precipitation joined by tempest because of low weight region over northwest Bay of Bengal and connecting Odisha coast, said the India Meteorological Department – IMD.
Vehicular traffic at streets went to a crushing stop inferable from waterlogging at a few spots in the region. The climate division has anticipated light precipitation in Bhubaneswar for the following 5 days.
“A low weight territory lies over northwest Bay of Bengal and connecting Odisha coast and a cyclonic flow in lower tropospheric levels lies over focal Assam and neighborhood. Under its impact – genuinely broad to far reaching precipitation likely over Odisha during next 3-4 days,” the IMD said. The greatest temperature in Odisha on Saturday was recorded at 30 degree Celsius, while the base temperature was 24.6 degree Celsius.
