SC restrict access of pilgrims in the Amarnath Yatra

The Supreme Court Monday wouldn’t engage a request which looked for bearings for limitation for the Amarnath Yatra in Jammu and Kashmir because of the Covid-19 pandemic.

A three-judge seat headed by Justice DY Chandrachud excused a PIL documented by Shri Amarnath Barfani Langars Organization. The Court left it to the nearby organization and wouldn’t meddle with the means they were taking by confining explorers this year. The Court refered to the guideline of division of forces and said the organization would accept an approach it. The PIL by Shri Amarnath Barfani Langars Organization had looked for a heading to the Center, Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board to confine the entrance of pioneers in the Yatra this year in wake of the Covid-19 pandemic.
