New Delhi: Kashmiri dissident Asiya Andrabi, Terrorism, sedition charges have been outlined against Kashmiri dissenter and Dukhtaran-e-Millat Chief Asiya Andrabi for supposedly scheming to submit dread demonstrations and taking up arms against the country with help from Pakistan. On February 20, Andrabi and two of her partners – Sofi Fehmeeda and Nahida Nasreen – were put being investigated by Special Judge Parveen Singh of Patiala House Court for offenses culpable under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and Indian Penal Code.
The Special Judge outlined charges for offenses like criminal schemes, taking up arms against the public authority, the trick to take up arms against government, dissidence, advancing hostility, attributions biased to public mix and public wickedness under the IPC.
It further outlined charges for endeavors to submit, or affect fear act, being an individual from a psychological oppressor posse, uphold a psychological oppressor association under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.
Andrabi blamed for being engaged with connivance and acts to seriously destabilize the power and trustworthiness of India, alongside her two different ladies partners. The threesome was captured in 2018.
