Jharsuguda: Jharsuguda district, Brajrajnagar, Lajkura coal siding was reported to have overturned after an unloaded freight train ran about 1 km. .
According to reports, at around 4 am on Sunday, one of the 40 bogies carrying coal was found. The freight train rolled automatically. The train left Lajkura Coal Side and overturned near Ib Pit. As a result, four bogies of the track fell down. Coal transportation is unlikely to escalate for the next 4 days after the train derailed. The crash was reported to have cost millions of rupees in MCL, while the train and coal smuggling continues.
