Bhubaneswar: The second phase of Sero Survey for Corona will begin in Bhubaneswar from today. It will take place in 25 wards. The goal is to collect 1,500 samples in two days. It is worth mentioning that the first phase of the Sero Survey will be launched today in Rourkela and the first phase of the Sero Survey was held in Bhubaneswar in July. The survey found that 1.4% of people had antibodies in their bodies, and the first phase of a serological survey was conducted by the RARC in July to determine if there was a group infection in the capital.
The RRC’s Clinical and BMC officials will jointly conduct the survey in 25 wards of the capital. Community and high-risk individuals will have a sero survey. The first two days are expected to cover 1,500 samples. As many as 8,647 people have been identified from the Bhubaneswar Metropolitan Corporation area so far, while 5,124 have been healed and 3478 are receiving treatment.
