Three trains scheduled to arrive tomorrow in Bhubaneswar, have been canceled today. The Odisha government has refused to allow trains coming from Surat to be ordered by the High Court. The Gujarat government has canceled the train as a result of the Odisha government’s refusal. This was informed by the Surat district magistrate. At present, the state government has not allowed trains to arrive during the lockdown. Special trains are being operated between the two states. As per the decision of the Government of Odisha and Gujarat, three trains were scheduled to arrive in Odisha tomorrow. The state government revoked the permit today. The Odisha government has taken this step in the wake of the Odisha High Court’s order. In a public interest litigation, the High Court directed the state government that no expatriate could enter the state without a 14-day probation. They will be tested first. Only those who appear to be free of the coronavirus will be allowed to enter the state. Without examinations and reports, the migrants will not be able to enter Odisha.
