Bhubaneswar: According to the All India Professional Congress, the passage of the University Amendment Bill in the last assembly session of the state government will change the quality of education system and the law will not only increase the quality of education at the university level, but also reduce it. Speaking at the market under the priesthood of Congress leader and state professional Congress president Sucharita Mahant on Saturday, Lecturer Bishwaranjan, a well-known intellectual and columnist of the state, said the state government’s University Amendment Law University was in disarray. This will reduce the quality of education at the university level and increase anarchy and corruption. Joining Webinar as one of the speakers, Congress legislative party leader Narasimha Mishra called the University Amendment Bill a black bill. The state government has passed a bill abusing its majority and there is no provision in the bill to take into account the views of students and the disabled. Calling on the All India Professional Congress to create a statewide public opinion against the bill, Mr Mishra said the state government would be forced to withdraw it if it was vehemently opposed at all university levels in the state.
